Ingeo™ is a trademark for the first commercially viable man-made fiber made from 100% annually renewable resources. Renewable resources examples are corn and genetically modified corn. It is more hydrophilic than common polyester fibers, when blended with cotton and wool, Ingeo™ results in lighter garments that absorb moisture better, wicking water away from the skin.
ORGANIC COTTON
Organic
cotton is produced without the use of harsh chemical bleaches or dyes, and
is allergy free. Growing organically takes more time, requires more knowledge
and skill, and, for now, costs more. But it's worth it.

Products incorporating Outlast® technology
continuously interact with the unique microclimate of the human body and the
environment to moderate temperature from being too hot or too cold to being
just right. Outlast® technology’s phase change materials (PCMs), incorporated
into clothing, interact with the skin’s temperature to provide a buffer against
temperature swings. PCMs are materials that can absorb, store and release
heat while the material changes from solid to liquid and back to solid.
Designed to blend with and enhance a variety of
natural and synthetic fibers, XLA™ complements the drape and hand of
a host fabric without giving garments a synthetic feel. The heat and chemical
resistance of XLA™ frees manufacturers from traditional process limitations
and costs, while allowing designers and retail buyers to offer new stretch

longevity and ease of care.
RECYCLE POLYESTER
Compared
with making polyester from virgin materials, using recycled fiber in the production
of new polyester helps divert waste from landfills, uses less energy, and
generates fewer CO2 emissions.

Lenzing Modal® is an all-natural cellulose fiber made from beech wood.With Lenzing Modal® textiles becomes soft and supple.

Procedure of Airbag
Reliable air bag fabric is based on strict production control along with outstanding high tensile fiber nylon 6.6.coated silicone chemistry and professional technique application.
In additional to meet ASTM, ISO, EASC etc., specific air bag test requirements, TS16949 certificate is being applied to build customer-conduct, satisfied and confidential automotive system.
SAIL CLOTH FABRIC
The high strength fibers we use can create a far superior fabric for more demanding of sailmakers’ applications. Strictly selection of high tenacity weaving yarns with advanced chemistry PU coating performs exceptional high strength, low stretch, durable, strong and good value.
High strength polyester fabric with PVC and PVDF combinations are extremely resistant to chemical and UV radiation attack. The outstanding tension, durable and clear-itself characteristics maintain the unique appearance, against to high temperatures and weather impacts, fire retardant, water and dirt resistant even under extreme climate conditions and overlong periods.
